What is ShopWithMe?

ShopWithMe is a platform and app designed for personal shoppers who go live from retail stores. It lets you instantly list claimed items and let your viewers check out in real time.

Who is ShopWithMe for?

It’s built for personal shoppers, thrifters, resellers, and anyone who wants to earn by sourcing and selling items live.

Do I need a large audience to start?

No. Many shoppers start small - your storefront handles orders smoothly while you grow

Getting Started

How do I sign up?

Download the ShopWithMe Shopper App and follow the onboarding steps to connect your payment account and set up your storefront.

Do I need a business license to start?

No - individuals can use ShopWithMe. You can add business info later if needed.

Can I change my store name later?

Yes, you can update your storefront name at any time in your account settings.

Earning Money

How do I earn money on ShopWithMe?

You earn by adding either a Finder’s Fee or a Commission to each item you list.

What’s the difference between Finder’s Fee and Commission?
  • Finder’s Fee: A flat amount added to each item.
  • Commission: A percentage of the item’s retail price added on top.
When do I choose how I earn?

You select your earning type during setup - and for Commission, you choose the % per item when listing.

Listing & Selling Items

How do I list items during a livestream?

As items are claimed in chat, you take a photo in the ShopWithMe app and publish the listing in seconds - it appears instantly in your storefront.

Can I add multiple photos for an item?

Yes. You can enable multi-photo listings in your listing settings.

What happens if someone changes their mind?

If a buyer doesn’t complete checkout, the item simply remains in your store for others to purchase.

Buying & Checkout

How do customers buy items from my storefront?

Customers click the link you share, view your storefront, add items to cart, and check out like any online shop.

Do customers need the app?

No - they checkout directly on your storefront website.

Payments

How do I get paid?

Payments go directly to your connected PayPal or Stripe account at checkout.

Does ShopWithMe hold my funds?

No - funds are not held. You receive payment instantly from the buyer.

What is Partner Fee?

ShopWithMe charges partner fee to cover shipping costs

Shipping

How does shipping work?

When the order is placed, the buyer pays for shipping. You select the shipping method and print the label in the ShopWithMe app

Can I use my own shipping method?

Yes - if the customer’s selected option isn’t available, you may choose another method.

How to print shipping label

You can create and print a shipping label from the Shopper App. Find the order you want to ship, click Ship Now, check dimensions, and create shipping label. When label is created, click print.

Other Questions

Do I need to go live to use ShopWithMe?

No - you can also list items outside of livestreams.

Can I sell items from anywhere?

Yes - any retail store, thrift shop, your favorite local store - anywhere you shop

What's Your Return & Refund Policy?

Sale on ShopWithMe is final and items can't be returned.
