No. Many shoppers start small - your storefront handles orders smoothly while you grow
Getting Started
Download the ShopWithMe Shopper App and follow the onboarding steps to connect your payment account and set up your storefront.
No - individuals can use ShopWithMe. You can add business info later if needed.
Yes, you can update your storefront name at any time in your account settings.
Earning Money
You earn by adding either a Finder’s Fee or a Commission to each item you list.
- Finder’s Fee: A flat amount added to each item.
- Commission: A percentage of the item’s retail price added on top.
You select your earning type during setup - and for Commission, you choose the % per item when listing.
Listing & Selling Items
As items are claimed in chat, you take a photo in the ShopWithMe app and publish the listing in seconds - it appears instantly in your storefront.
Yes. You can enable multi-photo listings in your listing settings.
If a buyer doesn’t complete checkout, the item simply remains in your store for others to purchase.
Buying & Checkout
Customers click the link you share, view your storefront, add items to cart, and check out like any online shop.
No - they checkout directly on your storefront website.
Payments
Payments go directly to your connected PayPal or Stripe account at checkout.
No - funds are not held. You receive payment instantly from the buyer.
ShopWithMe charges partner fee to cover shipping costs
Shipping
When the order is placed, the buyer pays for shipping. You select the shipping method and print the label in the ShopWithMe app
Yes - if the customer’s selected option isn’t available, you may choose another method.
You can create and print a shipping label from the Shopper App. Find the order you want to ship, click Ship Now, check dimensions, and create shipping label. When label is created, click print.
Other Questions
No - you can also list items outside of livestreams.
Yes - any retail store, thrift shop, your favorite local store - anywhere you shop
Sale on ShopWithMe is final and items can't be returned.
